Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of my products, I do not offer refunds on any product except The S.M.A.R.T System.
The S.M.A.R.T System: Refund Policy:
We want you to feel confident in your investment and fully supported as you work through the program. For that reason, we offer a conditional 30-day refund policy.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date if you feel the program is not the right fit for you.
However, to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
You must have completed at least one full course within The S.M.A.R.T System.
You must provide evidence of your work, including completed worksheets, exercises, or any relevant materials from the course you have worked through.
This policy is in place to ensure that the program has been genuinely implemented before a refund is requested.
Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be approved.
To request a refund, please email support@neshawoolery.com within 30 days of your purchase, including your completed materials and a brief explanation of your experience.
If your request meets the conditions outlined above, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
